“I came to this supercharger location around midnight get charge the battery a bit for next day. It is a new location, so they installed the newest charging pods. Looks really cool and the area was well maintained. It is located at the far end of the parking lot in front of Whole Foods in Bergen Town Center. The charging rate was 27 cents per kWh for off peak hour, which is somewhat higher than other places. The pods charging capacity at peak was around 493mi/hr which is also lower than some other places. I spent little bit over 5 minutes, had enough charge to disconnect and head out. Overall it was fine but performance wise I had seen much better ones in other supercharging stations.” — Nehal, 6 months ago

“This Supercharger is in a great location. It’s right at an outlet mall with a Whole Foods and Bluestone Lane nearby, so it’s perfect for a quick stop to charge, grab coffee, or pick up groceries. That said, I can’t give it 5 stars because the reliability just isn’t there. Out of my last 5 visits, the chargers have only worked properly twice. During my most recent stop, 4 of the stalls were completely down. You can see it in my photos no one is parked at those spots, and it’s not because the lot is empty. This is a very busy area, and if all the chargers were functioning, I’m sure they would be constantly in use. Hoping Tesla does some maintenance here soon. The location is excellent, but the inconsistency makes it a gamble. I go to this location a lot since it’s near me, so I’ll update my review if it becomes more reliable.” — Matt Cruz, a year ago
