“Overally speaking, it is very good charging station. I saw the 1 star but still have it a try out of curiosity. I believe it is the Station ID that confuses users. On the charger head, the Station ID shows 53725-1 and 53725-2 When I entered the exact ID in the Shell APP, the ID was not recognized. My solution: 1) Choose the Station in the Shell APP directly. The pop in Station ID at location CI2056 370 Island Hwy Parksville BC were NOT matched the physical Station ID., so as we input either ID number, still could not activate the charging, so you needed to call up the hotline, wait for 30 mins to have agent to answer you and activated the charging process manually.
