What drivers have written
“This charging station is extremely disappointing and poorly maintained. The app already showed 4 chargers as out of service before I arrived. Once I got there, I tried 3 additional chargers that were supposedly available, and none of them worked either. These were not part of the ones marked as broken in the system. Even worse, another driver next to me had been plugged in for over an hour only to find out his charger was also defective and never actually worked. On top of that, access to this charging station requires paid parking inside a garage, which is not clearly reflected in the charging cost. The charging price may look reasonable at first glance, but once you include the parking fee, the total cost is significantly higher. Overall, this feels like a poorly managed facility where multiple chargers are unreliable, and users are not clearly informed about the true cost. Drivers should not have to waste time testing broken equipment or pay extra just to access a malfunctioning station. This location needs serious maintenance or should be temporarily closed until issues are fixed. Would not recommend at all.” — Vicky Chang, 2 months ago
“Some stalls are down. Wifi is down too unfortunately. Parking is $1.5/half an hour, $12 daily max. Only 72kw stations. Chargers are located on the top floor (no shade). You can find shops nearby and validate for 90 mins free parking.” — Alan H, a month ago
“How this has 4 stars is beyond me. Rooftop charger on a pay-to-park lot, first generation chargers can't go avove 60 kW while you sit and bake. Why?” — Benjamin Lyle Hackett, 3 months ago
