“First of all, the charging station is in the Chik-Fil-A parking lot, not the RaceTrac. Second of all, I'm glad the charging station is here because I needed a top-off. I'm not sure what the prices are for the 7kWh charger, but the prices for the 64kWh are expensive. I'm not sure whether the cost is determined by the power consumed, or by the time spent on the charger, but I was charged $23.75 for 5.3 kWh of juice, or about 30%/30 miles of range for my Leaf, and was parked for approx. 90 minutes. By comparison, I was charged $1.73 for 6.4 kWh the other day while using a charging station at my office.
