“At least 2 out of the 4 CCS cables are broken. Exposed wires on stall 2, stall 1 the connector is loose and doesn’t lock in.. didn’t try #4 as the cable is just laying on the ground with the retracting wire broken off the machine. I did successfully charge at #3. You have to pay $5 additional to the parking lot to park for the minimum 2 hours even though you’re charging. “They gave us a ticket for using their parking space to charge here. No where is it signed that EV parking has to pay to use their parking space. The ticket didn’t come until 3 months later so we had to pay $130 for 1 hour parking. After the first 30 days, the ticket price increased BUT they didn’t mail it to us until 3 months later. I think they scamming us..let’s file a class action suite against them… their fining everyone INSTEAD of putting a sign up about the charge for EV parking… those parking spaces are only for EV cars, so we are not using their other spaces. AND to top it off… we have charged there 3 times before we received the first ticket, TO DATE 4/2026 we have not received the other 2 tickets… they have mailed us the first parking ticket 3 times… ITS A SCAM for sure.
