“Actually getting the charger to work was a complete nightmare. I signed up downloaded the app. It wouldn't recognize it. I tried tapping my credit cards didn't recognize it. I tried swiping my credit cards and it didn't recognize it. Finally, I looked at the bottom of the swiper and there was a place to insert a credit card which I did and finally it started to charge keynote. It says it's a 300 KW but the Mac show pull is 60 KW there's a charge point at the gas station near the d&w. That's just as fast and far easier to use. And I called their customer service, got an operator and sat on the phone for 10 minutes with no response whatsoever. They say they're the number one manufacturer and supplier of charging units which made me laugh cuz they really have no customer service whatsoever” — John Gilchrist, 2 years ago
