“Apparently it's only reserved for hyundai owners. They allowed me to charge for 10 mins max. Luckily, there was other chargers close by that i could use. “Electric vehicles have apps to help you find charging points and my family and I came to this location. They would not simply allow us to utilize their approved charge point. This could have been handled differently by the staff and it's sad. They should have themselves removed from the charge point info if they are going to turn people away based on how they feel about you.
