“It's a scam now. Members now FORCED to carry $20 holds forever! Let me explain, it can take 4 days for hold to clear (in my case), so if you charge more than once a week, you will FOREVER not have access to some of your money. If you go on road trips, forget about it. $20 hold EVERY time you stop to charge. Here's the best part part, let's say you charge $18 worth.
