“Today is Mother’s Day weekend and for those that funds are limited we don’t have time to be charged $50 for a pump that is not working and then when you call Customerservice if they tell you that you had a courtesy previous because of their era of their machines you have to pay a second $50 to get a charge what a Mother’s Day gift Electrify America has no regard even if you only charge $20 worth they’re going to hold $50 even if their machine has an era and you can prove that it’s the machine’s area cause everybody around you that has tried it. It’s not working for them either. They still hold your $50 even though you didn’t get a charge and you have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get that $50 back even though they get theirs instantly and then they don’t have the courtesy to give you a charge because of the era and the machine number two over here at the Bank of America in Pittsburg has been having problems, reportedly having problems and they still have the machine available for you to use so that they can charge you the money without getting the charge. I went all the way up to a supervisor and spoke to Carl, who was not very helpful and very condescending and what I like to call nice nasty speaking calmly and nicely, but not helping the customer and being very patronizing in his tone and attitude, and I am going to actually report this to the state of California there needs to be better regulations on this type of thing there’s a lot of electric vehicles here in California and I do not appreciate being talked down to or treated this way standing out in the heat and not being serviced by Electrify America. Somebody needs to come along and give them better competition on fast chargers, and they need to shut this business down. call your congressman call your state representative. Call your governors office and get better regulations on these charging stations. This is election time use our voice. “I’m not local to the area but when I need a quick charge. This station has not failed me yet. 10 months later update, dropped a star due to location on having two out of the 4 stations working, I recommend that if needed do show up early in the day or later when traffic is minimal.” — Rafael Zavala, 5 months ago

“This station sucks. It's new and speeds are horrendous. Ioniq 5 maxes out at 100, usually less. It can charge up to 230 or so. Even the Lightning which has a max of 150 only gets maybe 65 here.
