“I needed a charge here to get back to Kansas City; the other CCS charger in town (in Frontenac) wasn't working. At the SWTCH charging station, I had to go through 2 AI-assistants before I finally got to a human, who was very helpful and finally got the charging unit operational (it had to be rebooted several times; the on-unit prompts were not useful; there is a knurl switch on the left side of the charging unit that was apparently important to use but was never pointed out as such; etc.). The good news is that, after about ½ hour of frustrating back-and-forth, the unit finally started working. I'm grateful for that, because I would have been stranded. Finally, be aware that this is a 25Kw charger; not a real level-3 fast charger, but better than a level-2 charger. Hopefully they will make this unit more operational; it is an important thing to have in Pittsburg, especially in a downtown location. I'd love to be able to give a 5-star review next time I'm in Pittsburg.” — Ace Allen, a year ago
