What drivers have written

“I have been using EV go for 10 months. What stands out most is the support staff that has helped me charge my car. As an 80 year old, retired Podiatrist, and set up on the App, it has been so easy, quick ( about an hour for full charge). Only 3 miles from home, I can pick my time and take a book to occupy the time, Hey, It’s a whole lot better than paying almost $5 a gallon for gas! Thanks EV go, couldn’t be happier’” — Harold Glickman, 3 months ago

“Charging session itself was fine: 4–60% in 35 minutes for an average 78.72 kW/hr from one of the 100 kW stations. Delivery maxed out ≈ 80 kW before throttling. The problem during this session was two stupid Kia EV6 drivers hogging the chargers and staying beyond 80%. I arrived at 1430, waited 35 mins, charged 35 mins, and departed at 1540—that's 1h10m with those Kias plugged in the whole time. That tells me they're inconsiderately and ignorantly charging to 100% when there are other cars waiting to plug in. EVGo needs to start assessing a fee for charging beyond 85% like Electrify America does at high-demand stations.” — Joseph Kristoffer, a year ago

“This charging station was cheaper. Yesterday it was $0.28/kWh and it is $0.35/kWh today. And it is for the same time period.” — Emre, 5 months ago
