“Chargers are on the ground level, along the southern wall to the left side. Garage is free to enter. Chargers require payment to use. “I used these pretty frequently as they were in the complex I've lived this past year. They frequently overcharge due to "billing errors" and most recently tried to charge $134 for an ev charge.
