“Overpriced, undisclosed additional fees (session/transaction fee ON TOP of a minimum session fee). Avoid like the plague. In ashamed that a Marriott brander hotel tolerates this type of vendor. Support never replied to my email for explanation of their hidden fees/minimum, and phone support bounced me around what seemed to be multiple off shore "support" teams. Their failure to respond will likely result in this being escalated with both Marriott and also regulatory bodies due to the fraudulent and predatory nature of their charges. One of the two chargers has been down for months, during my recent stay 3 guests were jockeying for the one charger. The hotel is great, but this is a black mark on their name. Plano has poor EV public charging options and as such lodging based level 2 charging is important.
