Every single charger was out of service, leaving me and several other frustrated EV drivers stranded. This is not an isolated incident; it’s a recurring problem. I’ve been to this station multiple times in the past, and there’s always something wrong. Certain dispensers are often offline, and when they do work, they are frequently derated, delivering charging speeds far below the advertised rates. I’ve encountered speeds so slow that it felt like I was charging on a Level 1 charger instead of the promised high-speed chargers. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry and counting on a quick charge. Electrify America, your network is crucial for EV drivers, and it’s your responsibility to maintain it properly. This station needs urgent attention. The lack of reliability is unacceptable and severely undermines the convenience of owning an electric vehicle. If you can’t provide a consistent and dependable charging experience, you’re failing your customers. It’s high time Electrify America steps up their game. The charging stations should be operational, the dispensers should deliver the advertised speeds, and regular maintenance should be performed to ensure reliability. The Broward Mall station is always problematic, and this needs to be addressed immediately. I urge Electrify America to take these issues seriously and fix them. “This company is absolutely terrible and unprofessional! All local charging stations have been down for the past month. I called customer service to find out what is going on and they have zero clue! All they say is that there is maintenance scheduled with no ETA of when…..INSANE! I asked what they do to compensate their customers for the complete inconvenience and they told me they don’t do anything for that.
