“I’m going on a road trip tomorrow so I was going to charge my tesla to 95%. I usually charge my vehicle to 80-85% so I’d say this is not usual, but now there is another type of fee called ‘congestion fee’ when charging above 80% no matter what your vehicle is not fully charged. I’d understand that this rule might work okay when all chargers are occupied, but only 3 out of 20 chargers were being used and I had to unplug at 80%.
