“Had to try 3 different stations 4-5 times to get a session started. All screens reported an error message after it tried to initiate a session. I was finally able to start a session and it charged my car starting at 16%. I walked across the street to get a sandwich and, during that time, my credit card was charged an auto-reload fee successfully, and there is still currently a balance usable credit. The tower then stopped my session before the car was fully charged at only 35%. When I called in to inquire about this, I explained I left to get a sandwich thinking it would be 20-30 mins for a session and was told by a gentleman I would be reimbursed for any idle fees because of the abrupt stop and to return the car. I returned 12 mins later. However, when I got there and called back, I was denied this and the customer service tech is unable to give me any proof or documentation as to why the session stopped. It is clear that my car was able to be charged and my credit card is active. I asked to speak to and hold for a manager multiple times and was denied.” — Jennifer Sandlin, 5 months ago
