What drivers have written
“There’s absolutely no reason why public chargers should require apps, but this one was especially egregious. It took forever to set up. Requires me to enter my address like what? My gender? Do I need to specify that I’m a man to pump gas? Give me a break. The username and password fields are set up in such a way that they didn’t work with my password manager so there’s a decent chance I’ll have to do a password reset if I ever come to one again. So much unnecessary friction. Just let me scan a credit card, geez. Charging itself seems fast. I’m getting 144kW as I sit eating lunch at Lucky’s 13 across the street.” — Mike Olson, 4 months ago
“Two complaints. Juan, one the $50 hold is absolutely ridiculous. No one else does that. And number two for as little for as few as there are for charging places. Two of their charging stations are out of order. Come on get a clue. Get these working and stop charging us the $50 hold. This is ridiculous. I won't be coming here again.” — Rodney Austin, a year ago
“Up to 180kw fast charge, at $0.52/kWh. The area is well lit and easy to find.” — Declan Thompson, 6 months ago
