“There’s absolutely no reason why public chargers should require apps, but this one was especially egregious. It took forever to set up. Requires me to enter my address like what? My gender? Do I need to specify that I’m a man to pump gas? Give me a break. The username and password fields are set up in such a way that they didn’t work with my password manager so there’s a decent chance I’ll have to do a password reset if I ever come to one again.
