“I recently faced a minor issue at a Zeon charging station. One plug was already in use, and the second plug kept disconnecting repeatedly. I called the phone number written on the charger, and that person was polite and helpful. He advised me to fully lock the car and move it a few meters before retrying. It worked initially, but the connection dropped again shortly after. I eventually gave up and went to M2B restaurant for lunch. Soon after, the same person called me back — since the other vehicle had left and the plug was now free — and suggested trying that plug instead. It connected immediately and worked perfectly. I charged my car to 80% without any further issues and left. This was my first problem with a Zeon charging station. It might have been specific to the Amara Raja charging setup at that location. I’ve mostly seen Zeon stations equipped with Exicom or ABB chargers, which could be one of the reasons they’ve been quite reliable so far.” — Sudhakar Varatharajan, 2 months ago
“This station is working fine .. intially I were facing an issue then me reached out to customer care where mrs.
