“My experience was completely disappointing. The employee tried to force me to buy a product I didn't want, even though the product I had chosen was available. As a customer, I have the right to decide what to buy without pressure or coercion. That kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. In the United States, consumers have the freedom to choose, not to be pressured by a salesperson. Given that attitude, I preferred to leave without buying anything. I hope management takes steps to train its staff, because no customer should feel forced to buy something they don't want. Very poor service. I won't be returning.
