What drivers have written

“Decent Station with Plenty of Slots but the Cables are a Workout! This charging station has great potential, but it definitely comes with a few quirks you should know before visiting: 🔌 Charging Reliability: While there are many slots available, getting a connection can be tricky. I've visited multiple times, and the machines frequently have issues, particularly the first two units ending in 1060 and 1079 (BC1-AB1079). It often takes multiple attempts to initiate a charge, takes a bit extra time to start up or sometimes doesn't work at all. 💪 Short & Heavy Cables: The BC Hydro cables here are strangely short and tightly twisted. If your EV has its charging port on the right side (like my Kia), be prepared for a challenge. I literally had to stand on the cable and pull with quite a bit of force just to make it reach. Definitely not for weak hands! 😂 🌌 Safe for Night Charging: Even though the area looks a bit isolated, it feels very safe to charge here at night because there are almost always other drivers around doing the same. As a bonus, it sits right next to some beautiful railway tracks. ☀️ Morning Rush: Keep in mind that the parking lot gets quite busy in the mornings, so it can be tougher to navigate during those hours. Overall, it's a useful spot with plenty of stalls, just be prepared to try a couple of different units or wrestle a bit with the short cords!” — Meraki Reflection, a month ago

“This station is great. Plenty of space to maneuver cars. Extremely well lit. Very easy access in and out of the lot. Chargers are just off the road. 8 ports of DCFC with up to 180kw speed. The charger cables are HEAVY. App and payment is harder than it should be... But that's all EV charging so no lost star for that one.” — Michael Niksa, a year ago

“180kW charging at 87kW, my chev SEV was prepped for fast charging but only sending 50%….” — Bill S, 7 months ago
