“If I could give zero, I would. TLDR: don't come here even if you only have 10km range left on your EV (I would've rather used a 3-prong at any random socket) if I could turn back time. First off (as others have said), the charging speed is less than half of advertised - 27 or 28 instead of 65kW. Secondly, the touchscreen is faulty and doesn't work - the app doesn't give you an option to stop charging, so you HAVE to use their broken touch screen to stop the charge. Since it was faulty, we were UNABLE to stop the charge, which meant we were stuck (since our vehicle port latches onto the plug). We phoned for help (for what it's worth, the guy was very nice) but unable to help (at all) since on his end, he said it doesn't even show that there is someone actively charging. I repeatedly asked him if he could reboot/restart/emergency shut-off the station to no avail. Somehow, after struggling for 20 minutes, we were able to stop the charge using the broken touchscreen, which enabled us to finally leave. This was the worst of all charging experiences we've had since owning an EV. How and qhy the app isn't designed with a built-in button to stop charge is anyone's guess.” — Bodley Ng, 3 years ago
