“This is probably not the best place for a review for an EV station. Getting more up to date and accurate info would better from the source which would be localized by the app. But this location is utilized by many on a regular basis and according to the app it has been said repeatedly that the update of status at this station is incorrect or inreliable. I did not know this coming in but later realized that I cannot see the status of my connection. I returned to the charging station to try to correct and it still remains “available” when myself and now another EV are connected. Customer service for ChargePoint has dropped to an all time low now too. I have several case files open without any response for ONE problem regarding my RFID card.” — Todd Hodgins, 2 years ago
