“I recently stopped at the Electrify America charging station in Cocoa, FL, and was thoroughly impressed. This six-stall installation, with each charger offering up to 350 kW, is a fantastic resource for EV drivers. The chargers worked flawlessly, and plug-and-charge activated effortlessly. I was able to achieve top charging speeds, making the stop quick and efficient. The station is located in a wellness area next to a Target, with a small plaza nearby offering a few dining options. During the day, finding a restroom is easy, though the walk to the garbage cans in the Target parking lot is a bit longer than I’d prefer. One thing to note is the absence of CHAdeMO plugs. I feel for any LEAF drivers who might stop by, as it seems these ports are becoming increasingly rare. It’s a reminder that they may need to invest in those expensive adapters. On another note, it would be great to see some AC charging options for those who plan to spend an hour or two shopping in the store. Overall, this is an excellent installation, providing reliable and high-speed charging in a convenient location. “I have mixed emotions about Electrify America. Their customer service is not very good. The app is not always up to date. Some chargers are way out of the way.
