What drivers have written

“I want to share my experience over two days when I tried to charge my car at FPL stations. Before my trip, I stopped at the nearest station. I had to wait 41 minutes before a spot became available. The spacing between cars was so tight that drivers had to move their vehicles just to let someone in or out. I charged fairly quickly once I finally got in, and then continued my journey. On my way back, I stopped at this FPL station. It was midnight. It was pouring rain. I was completely alone. I started charging my car, but after 11% the process stopped and displayed an error, even though I had done everything correctly and had sufficient funds on my credit card. I assumed the charger was broken and moved to another slot. I paid, $25 was taken from my card, but charging never started. I tried again and again, and each time the money was taken but no charging happened. To make matters worse, the charging cable is attached to a moving overhead system that is extremely difficult to pull. I weigh only 45 kg, and each time I had to hang on it with both hands and pull with all my strength just to reach my car. In total, the station charged my card 8 times but never provided power. I eventually had to drive to another company’s station, where I successfully charged without any issues. This was a very stressful experience: it was night, it was raining, I was alone, and nothing worked properly. This is far from the kind of service customers deserve. That is why I am leaving a one-star review. Please pay attention to improving your service.” — Nadi Kash, 11 months ago
