“There are two methods for initiating a charge: an RFID key, or using a QR code with the app. We attempted the QR/app method on three of the stations and all of them prompted us to scan the RFID key and then cancelled for failure to connect. We were eventually able to charge only by calling the customer support line; twenty minutes on the phone. We charged just enough to go to a different charger. “UPDATE*8/21/25, there are more chargers if you turn right and go towards the trucker fuel island and stay by the street, there is three in the back that are 100/150kw chargers, it's still insanely expensive but in a pinch it'll get you going and to a cheaper charger, still charges above and beyond, make sure your car is one that allows faster charging, if you have a Chevy Bolt you gonna be sitting all day no matter how fast it is.
