“Watch out for idle fee charges because their chargers start working then just STOP then charge you for idle charges. Tried two times to plug in. The charge began, we walked into the roadhouse to eat. 10 minutes later I noticed a fault on my app through Ford. Walked out, unplugged the charger plugged it back in started charging again walked back into eat dinner. Then I noticed a fault again however it was charging very slow. Was charged almost $10 in idling fees and $3 in actual electric. Electrify America pointed at Ford and said they have to fix the billing. Contacted Ford and they said they can't do anything based on their policy. So electrify America just stole almost $10 in idle fees. Because there charger is busted. Ford also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my car. No fault codes were pulled. So it was 100% electrify America's problem. Be aware!” — Jen Handlin, 4 months ago

“I tried this location twice. Both times I had an issue. The first time the super charger took a very long time to charge. “Great location. Charger worked great for us. Cords are think and heavy. Does seem like it would stress the plug on cars but we don't dc charge much. Next to Texas steak house but sadly they didn't open until 3pm🤔🥺 no lunch steak. So we had subs at the bread place, it was fantastic anyway.
