“Convenient location, but didn't get to charge as all spots (I only counted 4, not 7 plugs) were occupied - or so I thought. One car finished and pulled out and car parking in adjacent spot (who I assumed was charging) quickly shifted into that spot. I pulled up to now vacant spot and asked gentlemen why he moved. He said plug didn't work, so I found spot in parking lot to wait. Meanwhile, another car pulled into the "not working" spot and proceeded to charge, apparently without problem. And, the gentleman telling me there was a problem appeared to be having problems at his new station. I had an appointment, so I couldn't wait any longer and took off.
