“Located in the employee's parking 🅿️ lot at the City 🏙️ of Portsmouth Municipal Building 🏢, I believe it's intended for the hybrid or electric ⚡ cars that the city uses. It might also be available to the employees of the city who work at the Municipal Building. There is a sign posted for the time limit the parking 🅿️ lot is designated for the employees. I'm not certain if the EV charger becomes available to the public. Building is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It has the capacity to charge two vehicles simultaneously.” — Stephen Priest, 4 years ago
