“We just had a terrible experience at this charger. We finished charging unlocked everything and the charger got jammed, we did all of everything that our vehicle can do for an emergency release, and when we found the charging company, the first person cut out never phoned back we waited, even though they confirmed in our conversation, they would be phoning us back. Then the second person called us they didn’t help at all! They didn’t offer to reboot their machine. In fact, they said they weren’t able to because it was plugged in, which is not true because we’ve had this experience once before with a different car of ours, and they rebooted it and said that happens all the time. This guy refused to help. He was very disrespectful on the phone, we came from Travelling for two days with another day to travel, and he wasn’t even at all willing to help and said he said call roadside assistant. It was very rude on the phone. My husband phoned him from his work far away and said that he’s gonna leave the car here and report them because of the safety issues here! Nobody’s happy with the situation. The customer service was absolutely awful for both of us. We did our best to say common collective through a stressful situation and these people were useless and unhelpful. I don’t recommend coming to the station.” — Brittany Blake, 2 months ago
