What drivers have written
“12 charging stalls in the hotel parking lot, super easy access. My first experience using Magic Dock, and it really couldn't have been easier. The order of things did matter for that success, however: follow the simple steps in the Tesla app, and initiate the charging session BEFORE plugging the cable into your car (this was a CCS-based VW id.4 experience). Deploying the CCS adapter was super easy: press the button on the cable handle for two seconds, slightly push the handle into the adapter it's already housed in, and the adapter will release from the charger, already connected to the cable. Really clever/simple design, and it worked flawlessly. As for the charging session, I arrived with 14% state of charge, and maxed out at 181 kw, which was limited by the car (which is only rated to accept 175 kw). I charged to 90% in 33 minutes, with an ending charge rate still at 60 kw. As a non-Tesla driver, pricing was $.59/kwh, which is the typical ~35-40% premium over pricing for Tesla vehicles, but totally fair IMO. The only downside to the entire experience is that I had to park partially in the adjacent charging space in order to reach my charge port with the REALLY short cable on the charger. I knew this about Tesla chargers before going here, and fortunately there were never more than 3-4 cars coming or going for the 12 available stalls, so it was never an issue, but I don't think another car could have fit next to me and charged using the adjacent charger, given how much room I was taking up. Overall a really great charging experience.” — Perry Dickau, 3 months ago
“Unit 3D is most convenient for cars with front driver side charge port. All units have Magic Docks with CCS adapters. FYI, the hotel closes in the winter and the station is extremely desolate. There are no restrooms or other amenities in the winter.” — Edwin Ward, 9 months ago
“Finally!!! 鈿★笍馃殭 A Supercharger to be proud of near the tip of Cape Cod. Located on the side of the Harbor Hotel Provincetown and a stone鈥檚 throw from a serene, endless Commercial Street Beach that overlooks Cape Cod Bay with a view of the Long Point Lighthouse at the tippity tip of the Cape. 12 Stalls, 250kW charging and $.37/kW. While charging, you can sun bath, swim, bike and hike the local area. You鈥檙e only about 1.5 miles from downtown Provincetown center too! Thought in advance, if you are ever charging during the parade day of the Carnival in Ptown, this is where the parade sets up all the floats and marching peeps 馃惀. So a super cool supercharging spot that day! 馃幁 Note: car only posed for supercharger pic and didn鈥檛 block any Teslas (or others) from their 鈿★笍 馃 馃攱 馃殭needs!” — Jim, 2 years ago
