“I had a very disappointing experience at the Shell Charging Pump in Wagholi. This is one of the worst service stations I’ve come across. The staff here do not attend to customers properly — instead of helping directly, they simply ask you to call customer care for everything. It’s frustrating and shows a complete lack of responsibility. For a reputed brand like Shell, this kind of careless attitude is unacceptable.
