“This us the first issue I had with EA. The charger stopped charging at 58%. No notification nothing. I was then charged a 15 minute idle fee. I called to see what happened. They said the charge was interrupted and basically too bad. Very disappointed in customer service like that. They could see it was not my fault and still wouldn't waive the fee. “No-So-Super Chargers: Every single time I have used one of the 350kw chargers it has taken longer than the 150Kw ones, YES my car is designed for up to 400Kw+. The charging stations here are usually crashed with debug info and command prompt listed or so jacked up they do not work properly. The prepay scam: I tried to sign up for the prepay app option and the system would glitch out and charge me for 3 minutes of charging for the 10 seconds it was running, and then refill my card several times, I had an email receipt that showed i filled up a single time and was charge 50$ for the process of refilling my account several times. I did get the refund and sorted out but that was after spending 45 minutes next to my car at 10% charge talking to someone who was so hard to understand i nearly gave up 4 or 5 times. No Maintenance done: When the chargers work the latency to get them to come on and flip between screens is so slow i though it was down several times i had gone (minutes between screens often). I usually watched as my car [which i am going to copy and paste the claimed charge rate] of "You can go from 10% to 80% in only 18 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger." usually took 25-35 minutes at between 80-110kw charge rate. I have only had this issue at THIS LOCATION. I often charge at home 10% per hour, so this is faster, but go elsewhere if you can to get connected to decent hardware, no telling what this busted crap is doing to your iccu.” — Nunya Bidnez, 5 months ago

“New to ev charging. This location is a bit hard to get into and seems to have a high demand. Great fast chargers available and would recommend using the app for spot availability.
