What drivers have written

“It was indicated that charging stations were available but it was impossible to plug in because the place was snowy (last snowfall was 2 days ago) making it impossible to use 2 charging stations. Wait of about 30 minutes before being able to recharge.” — Sylvain Tremblay, 2 years ago

“Several charging stations but not enough space to use the double stations” — Alain Laforge, a year ago

“I went to this location expecting to be able to use the available charging stations, but unfortunately, several were out of service. This is especially frustrating when you're counting on a public charging station to continue your journey and then find it's not working. In the photo, you can clearly see station CEL-00729 displaying the message "Out of service." This isn't just a temporary availability issue: when several stations at the same location are unusable, it becomes a real problem for electric vehicle drivers who plan their trips around available charging infrastructure. Also disappointing is the lack of clear information regarding the expected duration of the outage or when the station will be back online. When a station is listed as available in an app or when a location is presented as offering multiple charging points, we reasonably expect to be able to use them. Charging stations have become essential infrastructure for electric vehicle owners. Their reliability is therefore extremely important. A single faulty charging station can already cause a delay, but when several stations are out of service in the same location, it can force drivers to search for another station, sometimes with a low battery. I sincerely hope that the operator of these stations will take the situation seriously and carry out the necessary repairs quickly. It would also be very helpful if the actual status of the stations were updated in real time in the apps to prevent users from making unnecessary trips. In short: convenient location, but very disappointing charging service due to the number of out-of-service stations. I hope to see a rapid improvement in the reliability and maintenance of this equipment.” — Natalia Rojas, a week ago
