“I used a GPM Investments site to charge my car in Tucson earlier in the week and had a great experience; not at this station. They have two charging points. One had a defaced screen and was unusable. The other was facing the sun and the screen was unreadable. I tried three credit cards and Google Pay but could not get the charger to work. I also sat there and installed their app on my phone but could not get it to work either. My Google Pay was charged provisionally, and I assume I'll get that back. This week I have made two trips from Tucson to Phoenix. I do not hold enough of a charge to make the trip round trip unless I return on back roads at 50 MPH. During this journey I have tried two Tesla charging sites (my car is compatible) and two chargers at each site, two chargers at a Walmart site and two other charging locations. That is a total for ten chargers and none of them worked. I was lucky to find a Nissan dealer that helped me out so I could get home. The charging community needs to get their act together!
