“Very disappointing experience. The fuel station has a charging point, but the service and staff attentiveness are extremely poor. Nobody seems interested in helping or even understanding what the customer needs. It feels like the only priority is to fill petrol and move on. Having a charging facility means very little if there is no proper support or customer service around it. The staff needs to be much more attentive and customer-focused.
