“This charger is bad and has been for a long time. Basically, one charger works. The rest of the chargers (3 of them) don't work. I've sent multiple requests to Blink to repair the chargers for probably close to 2 years now (and even complained when these chargers were under SemaConnect) and have yet to hear from anyone. Repair requests were sent via the Blink app. Also, I've seen users attempting to use the chargers but it still has the old SemaConnect signs up. I always have to inform them to use the Blink app. Chargers are slow and I really tried to embrace other electric vehicles (I have a Jeep 4XE) but honestly you really can't beat Tesla because at least they have the infrastructure to support their products. These third party vendors are pretty ridiculous in my opinion. Oh and it really is a pain to setup the app to pay too. I've had to help users who just bought electric vehicles and they probably didn't realize how bad the infrastructure is to even charge their vehicles. 1 star because I had to pick a star. But I would rate it a zero in actuality. Zero due to no feedback/no response from the company. I tried to get you to help. I think 2 years is adequate time to get it together. ***Update 7/2025*** Noticed this charger is no longer operational as the cords are all cut off.” — L Laz, a year ago
