“This is not a publicly available destination charger. It is at a bed and breakfast, and the innkeeper is hostile to the very concept of EVs. After experiencing an unfortunate failure of my high voltage contactors while on a road trip, I navigated here to see if I could still take a level 1 charge. I had to plead with the innkeeper for nearly ten minutes before she agreed to help me out. She then supervised me for what must have been twenty minutes. In that time, she expressed her hate for electric vehicles and attempted to shame me when I asked if the inn had vacancy, implying I couldn't afford their rates. Horrible. Since the innkeeper was avid that the charger (kept inside a locked garage) was only available for guests of the inn, I have offered an edit to remove this charger from Google. I would suggest EV drivers look for lodging elsewhere, as well. The charger was on a switch and she had trouble even powering it on.” — Mike Turner, 11 months ago
