“The efficiency of the charging station depends on the season and the time. I have had good experiences with it, and one bad experience as well! In spring and summer, it works fine without any issues. Towards the end of last winter, I wanted to use the charger, but it was not connecting properly.! I had to call the customer service and ask for their help and they did help. One main minus with this charger is the very heavy cable that it has.! you’ll have to pull it so hard and drag it so hard to connect it to your vehicle! So you’ll have to be pretty strong. I’m not sure why they manufactured this cable so heavy as there are other lighter cables in other charging stations.” — Farhad, a year ago
