“I've made many attempts to use SemaConnect stations, and maybe one in eight succeeds. their app doesn't run on my two year old phone, so i have to call the 800 number. the machine that picks up has a one in three chance of simply not responding to the numbers you enter, so you have to call back. I misclicked once toward the end of the process after entering my entire credit card and it hung up, forcing me to restart. Today, i've called six times trying to start one charging session. I've successfully navigated the menu twice on two separate chargers, both of which have failed to charge my car. One simply didn't respond at all, and the second resulted in an error code from my charging indicator. I can only conclude they've scammed my local parking areas with an unreliable product.
