“Does not take credit cards directly, must download an app. However, it is hard to tell which app. It took me three try’s to get it right. The QR on the screen took me to a UK Shell site that wouldn’t load. I downloaded Duke Energy, which didn’t work. Finally, I noticed a small QR code sticker down low on the machine, and that one worked (EV Connect). 10 minutes later, I could finally pay for my charge. It’s only going at 82ks. Otherwise, ok. “Charger sucks. They designed the parking spaces so tight its hard to get in and out of your vehicle. Charger does not take card and forces you to download an app. Refused to connect several times and then only charged at 47kw. Turned a 5 minute stop into half an hour.
