“Anna was quick and courteous and gave me good information. Stock availability is good. I got Charge Point Flex working great so far. Some customers expressed concern regarding exchange policy. I think they should have 15 days exchange policy with exact same product if the unit is DOA or faulty. Dealing with manufacturers warranty from day 1 could be very hectic. Saying that they were willing to do something in such an event. My experience has been very good. I recommend highly. “Had an issue with Grizzl-E wall unit; fault every time we disconnected it from our Bolt EV. It was perplexing as the wall unit has worked flawlessly first 8 months. Emailed Autochargers providing problem details, wall unit model, etc. Elizabeth responded promptly informing us that they will ship a replacement - new - unit next day. She apologized that they can not ship it the same day. !!!! Incredible, right? The new unit arrives in couple of days with return label included.
