“Ionna is truly exceptional in every aspect. Their chargers and locations are top-notch, and their customer service is outstanding. I encountered a minor issue with one of their chargers, but their support team quickly escalated the matter to a specialized team who resolved the problem immediately and initiated the charge for me. No waiting for days for an email response or dealing with unpleasant attitudes like with other companies. I purposely adjust my route to ensure I can charge exclusively at Ionna. I sincerely hope they maintain this level of service. I typically refrain from writing such reviews to avoid accusations of bias, but I would be proud to be associated with such a reputable organization. Unfortunately, they have not reached out to offer me a position yet. Until then, I will continue to be their most devoted fan and advocate, as they have truly earned my loyalty. Their lounges at certain locations are fantastic, and they demonstrate gratitude towards customers with special charging rates. Whoever is leading the charge at Ionna has perfected the formula for success. If your car manufacturer provides plug n charge, take advantage of it to receive a discount on each charge.
