“Made an unexpected detour today after our flight into DC got diverted to Raleigh because of a medical emergency. Ended up renting a Kia EV6 and driving the rest of the way north. Rolled into Richmond at about 15% and stopped at the Electrify America Charging Station next to Walmart. Honestly, not a bad setup at all. Looks like eight 350 kW stalls, easy access, plenty of room, and a couple fast food spots nearby while charging. Plugged in and now topping off to 80%. “Rarely a wait in my experience and plenty of space for when you do need to. There are more chargers available here than at most other locations, so it's quick to get in and out. Not far from 95 too.
