What drivers have written
“Pranjal Verma has no idea what he’s talking about & is most likely new to EV charging, or probably just rented for the first time. These are up to 350kW DC fast chargers. If you charge from 0-100% like a fool, as if it’s a gas tank, then any charger will be too slow (unless you’re having a long meal). Charge between 20-80% on roadtrips, or stay between 40-60% battery if possible to get the most miles per minute. Just like your phone or any lithium battery, they charge slowly in the bottom and top parts of the battery, especially past 90%- where if you must, might as well get on a slow charger for the same speed and a cheaper price, if not free. Stopping more frequently for less time gets you there quicker with better peace of mind, and more knowledge of stations, especially which to avoid in the future. Think of it like crossing a stream on foot: take the path that has many rocks close to each other that way you have a backup plan in case one is wobbly, and you know which to avoid on the way back, and you can then cross quickly with momentum & confidence. Never going below 20% and especially 40% battery allows you to immediately skip any station that is either busy, broken, or too expensive. Check the network’s app ahead of time. Use PlugShare to search all networks. Don’t be a fool, do your research. You will never have to wait in line by adopting this method, unless it’s 5 PM on a Friday during a holiday, which even a gas station is busy. Slow chargers will always have a purpose, even in the future, for when you are parked for longer periods and not in a hurry. Almost every slow charger out there has majority negative reviews from people who were not aware they were slow chargers until they arrived with almost no battery and zero planning. This is a very fast charger, one of the fastest to date, if your car can do it & you’re in the right part of your battery with the right thermal management. Especially when you have already downloaded the app, added your credit card before leaving the house, and have done your due diligence. Fight misinformation.” — Tanner, 8 months ago
“Fast charging that was super easy to get started by just using a credit card, since I’m not an EVgo member. 350 kw max charging that topped out at a little under 200 kw for my car due to SoC and temperature. The only plug types are CCS but I used a converter without any issue. The units are also clean and well maintained as of this review. Definitely a great spot to top up!” — Alexander Schonken, 8 months ago
“Very satisfied, easy to find, plenty of room to park, super fast stations!” — Stefan Wolf, 4 months ago
