“I’ve tried to use this charger three times in the last few months and it has never worked. I thought it was something wrong with my car or my phone, but realized it’s the station itself. Today, the “fast” charger was locked (or stuck because of the cold) and the other one showed an error message on the screen when I connected the charger to my car. I’ve submitted several reports to blink, without any resolution or fix. It’s a shame since the first six months of this station were supposed to be “free” because it was a joint effort between the village of Riverside and Comed, but it’s clearly not working … don’t waste your time, go to another charging station.” — Andrea O, 2 years ago
