“Couldn’t charge here. I have a Tesla port on my 2025 Ioniq 5 and charged at a Tesla station earlier in the day. The Tesla app doesn’t correlate to the ports here. It’s basically the same problem Kyle Baker had 10 months ago. Tesla hasn’t fixed it. A guy driving a Tesla pulled up and charged right away. I tried 3 ports multiple times. “We called the Hy-Vee to make sure these charges existed, which they confirmed. We drive a vehicle other than a Tesla, but ours is compatible and has worked at Tesla supercharger locations extremely successfully before. The issue here is with the Tesla software (app). This bay of chargers may not show on it within the app if your vehicle is not a Tesla. It shows on Tesla.com/findus , but not on the list in the app. The issue is that when you arrive, if it is not on the list, there is no way to initiate the charge without being able to select it on the list and push the blue “Charge Here” button. You can even see it pictured on the map in the app, but there is no way to access it! I did reach out to Tesla and after pics back and forth, they understood the issue and said they are working on a remedy. I have not heard back in about a day since reporting and it still appears down on my end. In summary, if the Tesla supercharger does not show on the list in your app where you can get to the blue button, don’t count on this being a spot on your travels! “Squeegee and trash provided by Hyvee. Trash was filled to the brim! We took advantage of the huge tent and table with chairs near the Suc and had our lunch there out of the car.
