“Very difficult to use. We have Verizon and had no service at the location, so we were unable to start the charge through the Flo or Chargepoint app. The ability to pay with a credit card on the terminal seems completely nonfunctional as we were never able to get the card to read. “The credit card terminal was not working when I arrived. I used the FLO app to start the charge session once I plugged it into my vehicle. The app does require you to load a balance. “I have been successfully charging my EV for 4 years. I have used Electrify America and Chargepoint many times. I have a Flo account with cash in the account although I never charged on the Flo network before. I tried a credit card as a guest; tried using the Flo app and tried using the Chargepoint app. None of these worked to get the charger to start. I called Flo support and they tried rebooting the chargers and confirmed the problem was not my account. Thankfully I wanted a charge but had enough charge to get to another location.
