What drivers have written
“Flat rate of $15 per hour is reasonable if the charger is at 50kWh. And there's plenty to do in the area during the day - Note, Flow Chargers requires a $40 hold to charge. I'm not sure if it was some unknown conditions, but I was capped at 21kWh, which is fairly slow. A 60kWh battery would take around 3-4 hours to charge. With a $15 flat fee, it can unintentionally make an expensive charge at about $45. You could possibly see an $80 surcharge on your account if the stars line up wrong.” — Malik Flowers, a year ago
“Flat pricing of $15/hr, but charging rate was capped at 20kwh, meaning this is in effect 2.5 times more expensive than the intended price for 50kwh capacity. Need to update pricing to kw per hour instead of flat to avoid overcharging by 2.5x if the charger can’t get up to full capacity. Avoid this charger until they stop overcharging!” — Andrew Ledbetter, a year ago
