“Easy to operate which is great, just like a gas station. Negative is it only gets up to 50kw for my Lightning where typically it's 130kw. Ford if you want feedback on how to improve, make a reliable charging network, you have dealers everywhere so setting them up with reliable actual high speed chargers would fix the main issue with EV's, reliable charging for long trips.
