“Ok I am NEW to the whole EV charging thing. Just purchased a Tesla Y 5/2023. Been eyeing these 4 stations at the Promenade Mall First floor parking garage for years now. Now I understand how they work and what is a good station or now. These are good high functioning stations. They have 4 different charging connectors (including Tesla = no adapter needed) at each station and pump out 50kwh. They are very fast. However, my criticism is that they seem a bit pricy because of the $2.99 service connection fee. Plus the rate is sort of pricy at 0.69 per KWH for off peak? Filled 120 miles of charging in 30 minutes while I walked the dog around the mall. Customer service for EVGo is good and they answer right away.” — Edmund Cheung, 3 years ago
